Standard Customer Service Terms
- Customers agree to pay for services through Jobber Online Invoicing System using autopay unless paying by check. Residential Customers are required to have a card saved on file.
- Customers will grant the Contractor access to the lawn during regular business hours Monday through Friday (or from 8:00am to 5:00pm local time for residential properties) and any additional mutually agreed upon times.
- Customers will pay for additional maintenance or repair that may become required for the lawn to sustain an acceptable appearance.
- Classic Southern Lawns LCC shall bill the Customer for the cost of work above and beyond what is considered reasonable and customary for normal lawn maintenance (i.e. Storm Damage or excess animal waste). This additional “above and beyond” repair hereafter shall be referred to as “ad hoc work”.
- Ad hoc work that has a cost that is less than or equal to $75.00 shall be performed without the Customer’s consent. However, work that is to be estimated greater than the aforementioned amount is required to be authorized by the Customer.
- If there is any litigation needed between the Customer and Classic Southern Lawns LLC, it shall be filed and tried in Montgomery County, TN.

Classic Southern Lawns LLC uses Jobber to securely interact with and store all client personal data. Learn more about Jobber and their encryption, data, and credit card storage here. We will not share your data with anyone unless you have requested subcontracted Lawn Care. In that case, your Address and Name will be provided to Lawn Doctor of Clarksville.
